A diet that prevents from dehydration during Summer Season

During summer season we are face so much of problem as like dehydration, headache , Vomiting, Diarrhoea etc . It’s all are that which harm us so much but what we can do it’s most important Question for us . Today in our busy and modern life we face this type of disease .

In all that diet we have to take care of us as like Cucumber , Watermelon , Melon etc are all very effective for prevents the dehydration these type of fruits are contain approx 75 to 80% water . By these fruits we prevents us so much .

Today when we take Curd , Cucumber, Melon , Watermelon etc . these are cool our stomach by that we prevents from Diarrhoea and Constipation .

Today when we take a raw Onion in our daily salad then we prevents from a harmful wind like Loo .

Today when we come from any place or we need to drink then we take a glucose water that prevents us from injuries .
