Some our daily habits need to change for our good health

Our daily habits determine our life all turning points . Some are good and some are automatic make up of due to our busy life which is bad for us .

As we all know that in all parties or any other place we prefer food eat in standing manner . We don’t like to sit or we don’t need to be sit but you know when a people take food in standing position then that food directly affect their Kidney . So it’s necessary that we take food in sitting manner .

We take water in standing manner it’s totally wrong for us because it slowly-slowly cause Rheumatoid Arthritis problem( Gathiya bai) .

When we take water from bottle directly then through it our Epiphyseal plate in neck more develop which we know as mature or growth plate in neck which is shown outside.

After wake up from sleep we don’t need to be suddenly stand up and run for anything because it harm our body a sudden exertion can harm our body . We need to be after wake a short 5 min rest with open eyes after sleep then leave our bed . Like fainting or high pulse due to some abnormality.
