Hypertension is defined as a condition in which Systolic Blood pressure is above 140mm/Hg and diastolic blood pressure is 90mm/Hg .
Normal Blood pressure is 120/80mm/Hg.s-
It’s mainly classifieds into three parts-
1. Prehypertension – When Systolic blood pressure is above 120-139mm/Hg and Diastolic blood pressure is 80- 89mm/Hg.
2. Hypertension stage
a) Hypertension stage I- When Systolic blood pressure is 140 to 159mm/Hg and Diastolic blood pressure is 90- 99mm/Hg .
b) Hypertension stage II- When Systolic blood pressure is more or equal to 160mm/Hg and Diastolic blood pressure is equal to or more than 100 mm/Hg. This is also called Silent killer.
3.Pregnancy Induced Hypertension- This Hypertension arise during pregnancy due to abnormal hormonal disturbance.
Types of Hypertension are-
1. Primary Cause- This Hypertension cause is unknown and it’s found 90to 95%.
2.Secondary Cause- This Hypertension cause is known and this is found 5to 10%.
Causes of Hypertension are-
High Sodium intake (Salt)
Family history
Smoking
Age between 30 to 70 year
Stress
Sign and Symptoms
Headache
Fainting
Irregular heart rate
Fatigue
Problem with Vision
Management
Take Low sodium Diet
Take a Sugar water solution
Don’t take any tension
Take proper rest .
Weight Reduction
Regular Exercise
Don’t Take tobacco or do any types of Smoking.
Stay home Stay Safe .

What to do when sometimes you are not worried about anything actually…. but…. you are just not able to stop thinking…. it would be whatever…. means how to stop it…. will you pls tell me🙂

For that particular stop thinking you need to be shift your mood to another place or topic then when when your topic change you got relief and another most beneficial method is meditation you got relief from thinking.
