It’s so much beneficial for our youthful skin . It’s gave us a natural glow on our face without any side – effect . It’s also remove acne .

Any person who face digestive system disease take tomato and got relief. But over intake may cause acid reflex disease.

You can also take it in raw from in Sandwich , Burger , Salad .
