Immunity is defined as an ability to fight against the pathogen .

Strong Immunity is necessary for everyone because before any infection our immunity fight to pathogens when our immunity fails then we face any disease and infection.

It’s depend upon us to strong our immunity by diet and some precautions which is very much useful for us .

1. Garlic
