Diet related to Hepatitis

Some diet that help us to prevent Liver problem that are remain in my previous post .

General dietary advice:

  • Eat regular, balanced meals.
  • Maintain healthy calorie intake.
  • Eat whole-grain cereals, breads, and grains.
  • Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
  • Get adequate protein.
  • Go easy on fatty, salty, and sugary foods.
  • Drink enough fluids.
  • Reach and maintain a healthy weight

Some diet that can cause harm to our liver.

Fat in your liver can also interfere with the effectiveness of drugs that target the hepatitis virus. Avoid the following: Saturated fats found in butter, sour cream, and other high-fat dairy foods, fatty cuts of meat, and fried foods. Sugary treats like cookies, cake, soda, and packaged baked goods.

Some things which is always restricted are –

Alcoholism is always restricted on the liver disease and as we are all know that alcoholism is a main cause of too many disease and alcohol direct effect on the liver . It’s can cause liver failure .

Oily foods are always harmful for our liver . Their digestion work are depend on bile which is secreted by our liver . So if you take this in a large amount then your liver work load is increase and your liver face problem and then it’s have to face too many acute or chronic Disease.

So live happy by take a simple food in your diet and also have to be by physically active.

Hepatitis is defined as an Inflammation of liver . It’s a liver disease.

Liver is largest gland of our body . It’s a accessory organ of a digestive tract .

the mean liver size is 7 cm for women and 10.5 cm for men . A liver span 2 to 3 cm larger or smaller than these values is considered abnormal. The liver weighs 1200 to 1400 g in the adult woman and 1400 to 1500 g in the adult man.

Function

The primary functions of the liver are:

  • Bile production and excretion.
  • Excretion of bilirubin, cholesterol, hormones, and drugs.
  • Metabolism of fats, proteins, and carbohydrates.
  • Enzyme activation.
  • Storage of glycogen, vitamins, and minerals.
  • Synthesis of plasma proteins, such as albumin, and clotting factors.

If any person liver damage then main symptoms are shown are as follows-

Symptoms

  • Skin and eyes that appear yellowish (jaundice)
  • Abdominal pain and swelling.
  • Swelling in the legs and ankles.
  • Itchy skin.
  • Dark urine color.
  • Pale stool color.
  • Chronic fatigue.
  • Nausea or vomiting.

Hepatitis Disease is inflammation of liver . It’s divided into 6 categories as like –

Hepatitis A – Hepatitis A Disease is caused by hepatitis A virus . In that mode of transmission is fecao- oral route .

Hepatitis B Disease – Hepatitis B virus cause Hepatitis B Disease. In that mode of transmission is blood serum or blood transfusion , infected needle etc.

Hepatitis C Disease- Hepatitis C disease is caused by hepatitis C virus . In that mode of transmission is Sexual.

Hepatitis D virus – Hepatitis D virus cause Hepatitis D disease. In that mode of transmission is perinatal transmission

Hepatitis E disease- caused by Hepatitis E Virus . Mode of transmission is fecao-oral route.

Symptoms are variable and include yellowing of the eyes, abdominal pain and dark urine. Some people, particularly children, don’t experience any symptoms. In chronic cases, liver failure, cancer or scarring can occur.
